Who Is Bubba?

Besides being a huge “Urban Cowboy” and Gilley’s fan and memorabilia collector, Bubba is also an avid and advanced country dancer/teacher and lover of country music. Living in Las Vegas you will usually find me dancing at one of the not-so-country local “country” bars.

With a long background in law and entertainment Bubba knows his way around the business better than many people who call themselves experts. The new Gilley’s at Treasure Island is sickeningly obvious proof of that. After waiting for several years for the new Gilley’s to open Las Vegas is STILL in desperate need of a REAL country bar, where country people can hang out, have something to drink, dance and enjoy COUNTRY music, not the heavy mix of hip hop, etc. played at the clubs we have here now.
