Back in the “Urban Cowboy” days (1970’s to 1980’s) many female employees at Gilley’s Pasadena, Texas wore a bright red combo bib/apron and attached skirt with either “Gilley’s” or “Gilley’s Waitress” across the chest in white stitching.
